Nucleo SYN: A Boost For a Scholarly Brand

The challenge
Núcleo SYN, a collective of professionals integrating anthroposophy (Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy) into their work, faced two critical hurdles:
Declining enrollment in online courses.
Inconsistent social media presence, diluting their scholarly, artistic ethos.
They needed a cohesive visual identity and strategic digital presence to attract students and streamline content creation.
The solution
1. Organic, Scholarly Brand Identity
Design Philosophy: Interviews with some of the students revealed that they valued trust signals like classical aesthetics.
Inspiration: The Goetheanum’s organic architecture—blending soft curves and sharp angles—mirrored in logos and graphics.
Color Palette: Earthy tones (papyrus, marble, old-book hues) conveyed erudition while feeling warm and accessible. Using high-contrast, minimalist colors would also help non-designers to create cohesive social content.
2. Conversion-Focused Website
Strategic Layout: Mapped the website content so that the course details would be more easily and readily accessible, with clear CTAs, simplifying user experience.
Optimized Enrollment Form: Reduced friction in sign-ups, boosting conversions.
3. Social Media Templates
Pre-designed Canva templates ensured consistent, on-brand posts with minimal effort.
Impact & results
35% increase in student enrollment within two months.
Stronger brand recognition through unified visuals.
Efficient content workflow for staff with reusable templates.
About the client
