IS: International Event Experience


The challenge
International School’s sales team needed to close deals with high-profile and long-term hesitant prospects during the Discovery tour — a series of exclusive events for VIP guests that took place in multiple cities and countries. The events aimed to be a seamless, luxury experience to build trust, make guests feel uniquely valued, and overcome objections by showcasing the company's value and quality.
The solution
As the embedded designer in the sales team, I crafted a 360° event ecosystem to improve client perceptions and make guests feel welcomed and valued:
A pre-event digital experience guide with flight, hotel, weather, and local tips to reduce travel stress.
Cohesive decor throughout the event floor and hotel rooms, slide decks, and freebies reinforcing the brand’s hospitality.
Materials designed to subtly highlight product value while prioritizing guest comfort.
Streamlined production timelines to meet partner deadlines without compromising quality.
